Our third field of competence is in operations and project management, where Ethos Advisors offers its clients the management skills of their interim manager and project manager.
Interim management is an instrument which enables our clients to perform during periods of major change. The necessary skills in employee management and a solid professional qualification are a mandatory requirement for the success of the mandate. Therefore, Ethos Advisors provides interim management services exclusively for the fund accounting and fund administration department, for middle office and for customer service and sales. The experience from operational tasks is successfully used by Ethos Advisors in projects to redesign profitably the process models and organization.
Additionally, project management services as required, for example during migration of IT systems in the fund accounting, are offered. The strong knowledge of the operational processes is the reason for particularly smooth project progress and an on-going high efficiency by using the new IT system. The combination of good management skills with strong technical and operational expertise allows Ethos project managers to analyse complex questions quickly and comprehensively in order to develop a well-balanced recommendation for procedures.
