If there is a crisis, questions concerning the core competencies and the optimal added value must be answered even more carefully and effectively than in boom times. Ethos Advisors has many years of experience in planning and deployment of sourcing strategies, and also has an excellent know-how regarding services and service levels on the suppliers side. At the same time, we always keep in mind the specific needs of our customers. For example in M&A projects one of our specialties is assisting our clients in the RfP process, where we analyse and review the major operational and market-related issues, complementary to lawyers and controllers.
