Ethos Advisors has many years of experience in planning and deployment of sourcing strategies, and also has an excellent know-how regarding services and service levels on the suppliers side. At the same time, we always keep in mind the specific needs of our customers. For example in M&A projects one of our specialties is assisting our clients in the RfP process, where we analyse and review the major operational and market-related issues, complementary to lawyers and controllers.
