We are looking for experienced consultants at all stages of their career in transaction banking and custody business.
In the recent years the transaction banking / custody business was a key factor for the progressive industrialization of the bank industry.
On the one hand, the cost pressure continues and transaction banks struggle to reduce their vertical range of manufacture to handle higher volumes at lower unit costs,
but on the other hand, the trend towards customized products allows the banks a higher differentiation in the market.
The transaction banking / custody business has to face conflicting demands of individual customer solutions and the needs for standardization in the mass market. Further challenges arise from the intensification of the competitive environment by the ever-progressive harmonization of the regulatory framework by the European Union.
