Application Process - The second step:
If your qualifications meet our requirements, we usually invite you to two personal interviews.
We know from your records, what you have studied and where you have gained experience. In the interview we would like to find out more
about your personality and your methods to approach a project, to structure it and to develop creative solutions.
We will present you case studies and your task will be to develop a solution in interaction with your interviewer.
Take the opportunity to convince us of your skills - and also to learn more about us. You will get an impression of the way we work,
our corporate culture and your potential colleagues. We not only have questions for you, but we also take our time to answer your questions.
Finally, you should also find out for yourself if Ethos Advisors is the right employer for you. Usually, the process from your application until
the contract is signed will take about six to eight weeks.
